He's not going to argue her about Wheelsy. He knows he can't go home like this, not just because of the physical shape he's in, he's exhausted and stressed and knows that at this point he'd be worthless at his job.

The thought makes him frown, but he can't focus on that right now.

When she suggests L.A. he turns to look at her.

"L.A.?"

She's been gone from her world so long (his fault), and he'd like a chance to go with her there, but is afraid the circumstances being what they are might ruin it. It's not the ideal situation, he's not in the best shape, but it's another idea.

"I -- I'll think about it, an' we'll talk to them."
